Welcome to my page!
My name is Zoja Husainova. I am a photographer and teacher based in Narva, Estonia.
I have been working professionally as a photographer since 2005. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in many areas of photography, including family and children’s photography, individual portraits, newborn photography, weddings and events, school and graduation photography, as well as studio and commercial photography.
I am also a qualified English language teacher and philologist. I graduated from Narva College and Tallinn Pedagogical University. I worked as an English teacher before photography became my main profession and the foundation of my own business.
An important chapter in my professional journey was PHOTOROOM, the photography studio I founded in Narva, which successfully operated for 9 years. It became a creative space for photo sessions, other photographers, workshops, training and professional practice for students.
Today, two important parts of my professional life have come together again — photography and teaching. I continue to work as a professional photographer, teach photography to children and teenagers at Narva Creative Centre, and also work as an English teacher at a private school.
I enjoy continuing to learn, exploring new directions and sharing my experience with others. What I value most about photography is the opportunity to preserve people, emotions and meaningful moments in life.
Welcome to my world of photography!
